Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct thorough skin examinations, assess patient conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer dermatological procedures such as skin biopsies and curettage and desiccation.
- Manage medical documentation accurately within EMA Electronic Health Record (EHR) system ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate closely with dermatologists and other healthcare professionsto coordinate patient care across multiple disciplines.
- Educate patients on skincare routines, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote optimal results.
Skills
- Proven experience working with EMA for efficient documentation and patient management.
- Strong background enhances your ability to handle acute dermatological emergencies.
- Knowledge of CPT coding, ICD-10/ICD-9 coding standards for accurate billing and documentation.
- Experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, assisted living residents, and individuals with developmental disabilities or memory care needs.
- Ability to perform physical examinations, vital signs assessment, and basic life support (BLS).

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
