Primary Responsibilities
- Administer and support HR programs, policies, and procedures across multiple restaurant locations
- Partner with leaders and employees to resolve employee relations concerns and conduct workplace investigations as needed
- Support compliance initiatives, training programs, and required reporting activities
- Serve as an administrator for key HR systems and ensure data accuracy across platforms
- Monitor employment law updates and assist with policy and procedure implementation
- Create reports and provide HR insights to support business decisions
- Partner with operational and training teams to enhance the employee experience
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2-3 years of Human Resources Generalist experience required
- Multi-unit experience required; hospitality or restaurant industry experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and HR best practices
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through
- Ability to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders at all levels
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
