hai. is looking for a motivated sales intern to support our retail expansion efforts. this role is ideal for someone interested in sales, cannabis, brand building and relationship management. the intern will focus on retailer outreach, lead generation and supporting sales initiatives that help bring hai. products into more stores.


key responsibilities

    •    conduct cold calls to prospective retailers and buyers

    •    follow up with leads and maintain outreach cadence via phone and email

    •    update and manage sales pipelines in spreadsheets or CRM tools

    •    assist with scheduling retailer meetings, demos and in-store pop-ups

    •    support retailer education by sharing hai. product materials and resources

    •    track outreach activity and report progress weekly

    •    assist with special sales campaigns (420 promotions, new product launches, etc.)


requirements

    •    cold calling experience required

    •    strong communication and interpersonal skills

    •    comfortable speaking with store buyers and decision makers

    •    highly organized and able to track multiple leads and conversations

    •    interest in cannabis, retail sales or brand partnerships

    •    ability to work independently and take initiative

    •    enrolled in a university or college degree program

    •    approximately 20 hours per week expected for summer position

    •    flexible schedule with remote work
