Survey Field Technician - Mortgage Surveys

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Surveying Field Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a strong attention to detail, and is eager to learn or expand their skills in surveying.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting field surveys for Real Estate Purchases.
• Operate and maintain Survey Location Report equipment (i.e. tapes, metal detectors, etc.)
• Collect accurate field data and perform measurements
• Work closely with other field coordinator and office drafting staff to complete jobs by their specific closing date.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good condition

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or degree in surveying/engineering a plus)
• Prior surveying or construction experience preferred but not required (we are willing to train)
• Ability to read and understand plans, maps, and drawings
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
• Physically able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
