Base Salary: $40,000 Uncapped Commission (3–4%)

Hahn Roofing is growing, and we’re looking for a Roofing Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, professional, and motivated to build a long-term career in roofing sales — not just chase quick deals.

Compensation
- $40,000 annual base salary
- Uncapped 3–4% commission on sold jobs

What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners and property managers for scheduled roofing appointments
- Perform roof inspections and assessments
- Educate clients on roofing options, materials, and solutions
- Build accurate estimates using our CRM
- Follow up with clients and guide them through the decision process
- Work closely with our office, production, and operations teams
- Maintain professional communication and follow-through
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (roofing/gutter experience a must)
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ethical, solution-oriented mindset (no high-pressure tactics)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, starting at 7:00am
