Pricing Analyst

Job Summary:

Position is responsible for conducting research and developing recommendations on pricing analysis that will be utilized by the company to set competitive and profitable pricing for the marketplace.

Essential Functions

· Present pricing analysis, including market comparison and suggest recommendations to
appropriate management staff.

· Provide regular and specialized pricing analysis and reporting for management using
Microsoft Excel and Access.

· Take initiative in identifying and resolving issues pertaining to pricing and margin analysis.

· Collaborate with team members to prepare for strategy meetings.

· Accurately complete all tasks within given time constraints.

Education:

· Two or four year college degree, or equivalent work experience required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Strong analytical, quantitative, and analysis skills

· Excellent math skills and strong attention to detail

. Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and Word

. Microsoft Access Database Knowledge helpful, not required.

· Ability to independently develop new Excel models, charts and graphs, and procedures as
necessary.

· Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time.

· Solid written and verbal communication skills.

· Knowledge of automotive aftermarket industry is a plus.

Work Environment:

· General office environment

. Position requires in-person (Rochester NY) Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (not a remote
position)

· Sitting for extended periods of time

· Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and handle other
computer components

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 per hour
