Job Summary
We are seeking a Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong principles and the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on existing HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Diagnose and repair issues with heating and cooling systems using tools such as an ohmmeter.
- Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new HVAC solutions tailored to client needs.
- Drive company van to various job sites for service calls and installations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
Skills
- Experience as a service technician with a focus on HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of appliance repair related to heating and cooling equipment.
- Familiarity with property maintenance practices relevant to HVAC systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams for system design.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify problems quickly.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
