Hagler Heating and Cooling is hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our established team in Ozark. Your Role
You'll travel to residential customers' homes to diagnose HVAC issues, complete repairs, and help homeowners understand the best solutions for their systems. You'll be expected to combine strong technical ability with professional, customer-focused service.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnose and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Perform system inspections and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot equipment and determine effective repair solutions
- Explain findings, repair options, and replacement recommendations clearly to homeowners
- Provide professional and courteous service on every call
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Follow established safety procedures and quality standards
- Continue developing your technical knowledge through training and education
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- At least 1 year of residential HVAC service experience or comparable technical training
- EPA Universal Certification
- Solid diagnostic and repair skills
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to homeowners
- Reliable, professional approach to customer service and workmanship
- Willingness to continue learning and developing your HVAC skills
Preferred: Completion of an accredited HVAC training program
