Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- 1 years of HVAC service experience or equivalent education/training
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills on residential HVAC equipment
- Ability to make informed repair and replacement recommendations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to attend ongoing training, classes, and seminars
- Completion of formal HVAC training program (preferred)
