We are currently looking for an HVAC Experienced Service Technician in our Ozark location to join our team, someone with a passion for serving customers and great communication skills to educate customers on products and services. Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, 40 hours per week with occasional overtime
Pay Rate: $20.00-$40.00/hr., depending on experience Spiffs

Position Summary: To provide service and maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 1 years of HVAC Service experience or equivalent HVAC experience and education
- EPA Universal Certification
- Experienced at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for a wide range of residential equipment
- Experience making repair and replacement decisions
- Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for the customer
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to attend training classes and seminars
- Completion of HVAC training - preferred
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
Salary : $20 - $40
