Duties

• Conduct comprehensive quality audits throughout the manufacturing process to identify areas for improvement
• Perform detailed quality control checks on products and components to ensure they meet specified standards
• Develop and maintain effective quality assurance protocols aligned with industry best practices
• Manage and enhance quality management systems to support consistent product excellence
• Lead quality inspections at various stages of production, documenting findings accurately
• Collect and analyze data related to product defects, process deviations, and inspection results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous quality improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality audits, quality control, or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of quality management principles and systems (such as ISO 9001 or similar)
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or issues
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, inspection techniques, and industry standards
• Ability to perform detailed data collection, documentation, and reporting accurately
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with proactive problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey technical information clearly
