Essential Functions:

• Create, maintain, and update kit information within the P21 ERP system.
• Review customer orders and kitting requirements for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate the release and processing of kitting work orders.
• Monitor component availability and identify shortages that could delay kit completion.
• Work with Purchasing and Inventory Control to resolve component shortages or inventory discrepancies.
• Track kits through the production and fulfillment process to ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate bills of material (BOMs), kit components, quantities, part numbers, and related information.
• Process required system transactions associated with component consumption, kit assembly, completion, and inventory movement.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding kitting priorities and special instructions.
• Verify completed kits meet required quantities, labeling, packaging, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain customer-specific kitting instructions and supporting documentation.
• Research and resolve discrepancies involving inventory, orders, components, or completed kits.
• Communicate kitting status, shortages, delays, and other issues to appropriate departments and customer.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for kitting activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve kitting processes, system accuracy, workflow, and efficiency.
• Support additional warehouse, inventory, and operational projects as needed.
• Other duties, which may be assigned by manager

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• P21 knowledge preferred
• Tooling knowledge preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma required – some college preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Experience in customer service setting preferred
