We are seeking a hard working and friendly Housekeeping/Front Desk person to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming and clean place for visitors to spend the night. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival in a warm and friendly way.
- Clean rooms thoroughly and efficiently.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Perform basic janitorial tasks as required, including floor care and general upkeep of rooms.
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in cleaning, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is beneficial.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
