Note: This is a 2nd shift position that operates from 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM.
Job Summary
Join Hager Wood Preserving as a Outdoor Lumberyard Production associate and become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will be production focused by operating stacking machines, assisting forklift drivers and maintaining a safe work environment.
Duties
- Operate Stacking machines safely and effectively
- Assist with stacking lumber to be pressure treated.
- Preform Preventative maintenance on stacking machines.
- Maintain safety by adhering to OSHA standards during daily operations
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment, product tagging, and cycle counts
Experience
- Previous Lumberyard experience is preferred, but not required
- Previous Forklift operation experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic math skills are essential for lumberyard operations and inventory management
Pay: $20.50 - $24.00 per hour
