Residential Construction Foreman
Full-Time | $30–$35 per hour (DOE) **Plus Performance BONUSES for each completed house and full benefit package after probationary period which includes PTO, Health insurance and retirement**
We are a local ,growing, family owned residential construction company that has been in business 28 years, seeking a hands-on Foreman who works in the field every day alongside the crew. This role is for someone who leads by example, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and keeps a positive, productive jobsite through all phases of residential construction — from groundwork to final trim out.
What You’ll Do
- Work daily in the field performing all phases of residential construction, mainly (but not limited to):
- Concrete work – Forming, pouring and concrete finishing
- Framing
- Finish carpentry
- Lead, train, and motivate your crew through example
- Run day-to-day jobsite operations
- Coordinate with Project Managers
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and respectful jobsite
- Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met on every home
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience in residential construction
- Foreman or lead carpenter experience preferred
- Positive leadership style — firm, fair, and team-oriented
- Ability to manage people while still working in the field
- Dependable, organized, and detail-driven
- Pride in craftsmanship and a desire to build great homes
