of truck operation, including plowing, hauling materials, and
transporting equipment with trailers. Drivers may be required to start
early to ensure equipment and materials are in place before crews arrive
on site. While the primary responsibility is truck operation, drivers
will also assist with general labor tasks as needed.\

Primary Responsibilities
- Report directly to the foreman or supervisor
- Operate CDL trucks safely and efficiently for plowing and material
- Inspect trucks and equipment daily (fluids, lights, wear and tear,
- Maintain accurate records of materials moved or delivered
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and keep maintenance
- Keep trucks and equipment clean and in good working condition
- Report safety concerns or maintenance issues promptly\
Secondary Responsibilities
- Assist with general labor tasks on job sites, including shoveling,
- Help with loading, unloading, and placement of asphalt, gravel, and
- Assist mechanics with repairs when needed
- Perform general maintenance of company buildings and equipment
- Operate basic equipment such as plate compactors, saws, striping
- Work with petroleum products, solvents, and hot asphalt
- Perform night work as required, especially during plowing operations

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid, unexpired Maine CDL license (non-restricted is a plus!)
- Ability to pass required drug screenings
- Strong safety awareness
- Ability to follow direction and work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 4050 lbs
