What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hagan Coastal Outfitters Sales Associate position at Hagan Ace Hardware?
Must be Goal Oriented, Sales Focused and Customer Service Driven. Ability to multi-task, has keen eye for merchandising standards and understands how to drive a department to higher profitability. Must be energetic and have superior customer service skills… smile, engage, and share information.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to offer product suggestions to suit the customer’s needs.
-Interest in the outdoors including fishing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding or water lifestyle activities is a plus.
-Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
-Associates must be able to lift 50 pounds or more to be able to assist in moving kayaks and paddle boards.
-Training is of the utmost importance as continuous learning is part of Hagan Ace’s Core Culture.
High School Degree Preferred
• Ability to stand for an extended period of time
• Ability to reach, pull and bend.
• Move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting and perform all
functions as set forth.
