Classified Sales Specialist - Recruitment, Real Estate, and Home Services

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Classified Advertising Sales Specialist focused on Recruitment, Real Estate, and Home Services to join our team in Coeur d'Alene. This role focuses on helping local businesses grow through effective multi-media advertising solutions, including print, digital, and commercial print products. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering value-driven marketing solutions to local businesses.

• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, with a focus on recruitment and home service industries
• Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new business and expand existing accounts
• Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into advertising clients
• Present and sell customized advertising solutions across print, digital, and commercial print platforms
• Identify client needs and recommend strategic marketing solutions to achieve their goals
• Manage and grow an assigned book of business while consistently prospecting for new opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate ad placement and execution
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics

• Previous sales experience preferred (inside sales, advertising, or media sales a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and closing sales
• Strong computer skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Adobe InDesign experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
