We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Landscaper / Maintenance to join our team and help keep our properties looking pristine and well-maintained.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance the landscaping around marina properties, including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding.
- Plant, water, and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees to ensure a vibrant and welcoming environment.
- Perform seasonal landscape maintenance such as leaf removal, snow removal, and irrigation adjustments.
- Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor areas, including walkways, docks, and common spaces.
- Assist with special landscaping projects and improvements as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies while performing duties.
Qualifications:
- Previous landscaping or grounds keeping experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, professional environment.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and perform physical labor.
- Experience with landscaping equipment and tools is a plus.
- Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
