We're looking for an experienced CPA who is ready to take ownership of client relationships, lead complex audit engagements, develop people, and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of our West Des Moines practice. You'll lead audit engagements from planning through final reporting while serving as a primary point of contact for clients.

What We're Looking For
- Active CPA license
- Progressive public accounting experience with a strong focus on audit
- Proven experience leading and managing audit engagements and teams
- Experience serving nonprofit, privately held, construction, and/or governmental clients
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to independently plan, manage, execute, review, and complete audit engagements
- Experience developing audit plans, assigning work, reviewing documentation, and managing engagement budgets
- Ability to clearly communicate audit findings, recommendations, and complex accounting matters to clients
- Strong client relationship skills and an advisory mindset
