Travel: Local travel throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and surrounding service areas

About the Role

• Safely transport cleients throughout Miami and surrounding areas in a smooth, punctual, professional manner
• Deliver a luxury guest expereince by greeting passengers warmly, opening doors, assiting with luggage, and confirmaing destinations
• Maintain passenger privacy and discretion at all times
• Keep vehicle interior and exterior in immaculate condition
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, including fuel/charge, cleanliness, tire condition, lights and climate control
• Use GPS and locatl route knowledge to navigate efficently and adjust proactively for traffic, flight changes, and delays
• Communicate clearly with dispatch or management regardless trip timing, service updates and client needs

Professional Appearance & Uniform Standards

• Suit jacket and matching trousers (or equivalent formal suit).
• Dress shirt and tie (tie required).
• Polished dress shoes (no sneakers).
• Clean, professional grooming (hair, nails, overall presentation).
• Minimal fragrance; avoid strong scents

Minimum Requirements

• Must reside in the Miami area and be able to report reliably for in-person shifts
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must meet the age and driver-eligibility requirments of the companyu’s commercial auto insurer; currently drivers must be at least 25 years old
• Chauffeur permit/license will be necessary to obtain promptly at candidate’s expense before final onbording
• Strong English communication skills required
• Professional, calm, curteous customer-service presence
• Comfortable using smartphone-based navigation and trip communication tools
• Able toto lift and handle passenger luggage as needed
• Able to pass backgrund screening and any required driving-record review.
• Must meet the age and driver eligibility requirements of the company’s commercial auto insurance carrier; currently elidigble drivers must be at least 25 years old.

Safety & Conduct Policies

• Zero tolerance for impaired driving including alcohol, cannabis, or any impairing substance.
• Strict adherence to traffic laws, company procedures and passenger safety standards
• Hands-free phone use only when necessary for navigation or trip communication
• Professional conduct required at all times; no inappropriate language or disclousure of passenger information.

Preferred (Nice to Have): Strong knowledge of Miami-area routes and major hotels/airports; prior chauffeur/executive driving or hospitality experience, additional languages a plus (Spanish, French, etc); CPR/First Aid certification.
