The Station Associate is responsible for providing customers with a satisfying fueling experience, including fast and friendly service. Compensation
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications/. For the purpose of this role, the minimum salary opportunity is:
PAY- $16.00-$17.75 Per hour

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, reach, and lift. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally life and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific Responsibilities
Customer Satisfaction
- Friendly, outgoing attitude with customers.
- Projects a respectful, professional manner at all times.
- Seeks advice from the Station Manager when limits of authority to resolve customer complaints are unclear.
- Maintains a clean and safe station as directed by management in their assigned duties.
- Adheres to all company policy and procedures. Notifies management of any policies that are unclear, or not being followed by other employees.
- Maintain store cleanliness standards.
- Completes duties as assigned by management
- Maintains safe conditions and follows procedures in times of inclement weather, damage to the property or unforeseen emergencies.
- Reports to management any equipment or facility condition that is in need of repair or creates hazard.
- Strict compliance of cash handling procedures, shift accounting, and fuel operations.
- Adheres to safety procedures and loss prevention policies designed to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
