Job Details Responsible for leading and directing activities of Material Control employees to meet Company supply requirements. Accurately completes transactions in the computer system for material control. This position interfaces with other departments to maintain production goals and is responsible for maintaining accurate inventories. Essential Duties Consults with department supervisors to determine missing materials and to report the location, availability, and conditions of such materials. Coordinate in conjunction with warehouse personnel; receipts, range, shelter, inventory, and storage time of the product, raw materials, FG assemblies, and sub-assemblies of the plant. Ensure the transfer and timely and accurate delivery of materials between the manufacturing and warehouse areas. Ensure the transfer and timely and accurate delivery of raw materials, FG assemblies, and sub-assemblies between the warehouse and sister plants Maintains Inventory Control System. Must ensure compliance with all regulations, and internal health, safety and environmental policies. Responsible to ensure, maintain, implement, monitor, and follow up with the implementation of procedures, work instructions, specifications, and special conditions of the flow process for the plant materials. Responsible for the administration of cycle counts process , that includes the distribution, verification, adjustment, request for approvals and the protection of the evidence Responsible for effective traceability of materials used in production. Responsible for the Raw Materials Expiration Disposition Process Responsible for the accuracy of the transactions in the system of inventory control and traceability of the material used. Responsible for the annual inventory coordination if it’s required Supervisory Responsibilities: This role can addressing complaints and resolving problems, take disciplinary actions, training personnel, attend meetings and support to his/her immediate Manager. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or Equivalent - Required Experience 2 years: Similar position in the medical device industry - Preferred Skills Effective leadership skills Excellent organizational skills Effective interpersonal skills Excellent collaboration and team building skills Highly thorough and dependable Promotes information sharing Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines Demonstrated problem solving skills Basic English Computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word; Inventory Control System) and basic knowledge of statistical controls, management reports and SAP / ORACLE Advanced knowledge of material control systems, materials, related machinery and equipment.
