The Role
We operate advanced forging systems across the full production lifecycle, from raw material
preparation through forming, heat treatment, machining, and inspection. Success depends on precise execution, equipment control, and process discipline.
This is a general opportunity to engage forging technicians and operators with experience across key process areas.
Core Specialty Areas
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. - Billet heating
- Forming

- Descaling, shot blasting
- Straightening, trimming
- Rough machining, grinding
- CMM inspection
- Coating
- Set up and operate forging, thermal, machining, and finishing equipment
- Monitor key parameters (temperature, deformation, timing)
- Inspect parts and identify defects during production
- Troubleshoot process or equipment issues
- Follow standard work and safety procedures
- Hands-on forging or heavy manufacturing experience
- Ability to read work instructions and drawings
- Strong process discipline and attention to detail
- Experience in production environments
- Experience across multiple forging stages
- Familiarity with inspection tools (CMM, gauges)
- Experience in aerospace or heavy industry
