Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Hadramout Restaurant, located in Toledo, OH. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a high-quality dining experience for customers. Responsibilities include managing customer service standards, overseeing food and beverage operations, hiring and training staff, managing team performance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure guest experiences meet or exceed expectations
- Strong leadership abilities in Hiring and team management, with experience in staff training and development
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with employees, customers, and vendors
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and adherence to safety and quality standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage restaurant operations effectively under pressure
- Experience in managing restaurants is a MUST
- Background in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in hospitality management or business will be advantageous.
