Prep Cook

About the Role:

As a Prep Cook at Meraki Greek Grill, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen by preparing ingredients and assisting in the creation of high-quality dishes. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all food items are prepped according to our specifications, maintaining consistency and quality. You will work closely with the kitchen team to streamline operations and ensure that meals are prepared efficiently and on time. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to food safety standards, as you will be handling various ingredients and equipment. Ultimately, your contributions will help create a positive dining experience for our guests and support the overall success of the culinary team.

• Prepare and chop vegetables, meats, and other ingredients as directed by the head chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
