About the Role:

The Line Cooks at Meraki Greek Grill play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, delivering high-quality meals to our guests. This position requires a blend of culinary expertise, leadership, and teamwork to maintain a productive and efficient kitchen environment. The Kitchen Lead will oversee the line cooks, ensuring that all food preparation and cooking processes meet our standards for quality and safety. Minimum Qualifications:

• English and Spanish fluency recommended. 
• Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a line cook role within a kitchen setting.
