Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents and patients on a night shift schedule, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, as well as perform comprehensive chart reviews and quality assessments

Requirements:
