We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and ensure the organization’s fiscal health. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP, IFRS, IAS, and ASC 606 standards.
- Manage corporate accounting functions such as general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, cost accounting, and cash flow analysis.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and maintain adherence to government regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct risk analysis and implement risk management strategies to safeguard organizational assets.
- Oversee treasury management activities including investment management, liquidity planning, and cost control initiatives.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning initiatives, including revenue management and profit & loss analysis.
- Supervise financial report writing, interpretation of financial statements, and account analysis for various stakeholders.
- Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with public accounting standards.
- Utilize advanced financial software for bookkeeping, balance sheet reconciliation, and general ledger accounting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA designation preferred.
- Extensive experience in corporate finance, governmental accounting, or non-profit accounting environments.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, IAS, GAAP, ASC 606, and technical accounting principles.
- Proven expertise in risk analysis, regulatory reporting, treasury management, budget development, and cost management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial concepts such as profit & loss management, revenue recognition, investment management, and cash flow analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software systems along with strong skills in account reconciliation and general ledger accounting.
- Ability to interpret complex financial reports and provide strategic insights for executive decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in compliance management and financial statement preparation. This position is integral to maintaining the organization’s fiscal integrity while supporting growth initiatives through expert financial oversight.
