- Performing advanced electrical work such as rough-ins, trim-outs, service upgrades, and installations of smart home systems, lighting controls, generators, and EV chargers
- Maintaining organized, safe jobsites and ensuring adherence to safety standards
- Providing professional communication with clients throughout projects
- Experience in residential electrical work, particularly in high-end custom homes
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations
- Ability to interpret technical plans and drawings
- Leadership skills to supervise apprentices and coordinate trades
