Position: Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Role: Lead on-site operations for industrial, commercial, and institutional roofing projects, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field activities, managing crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate materials and equipment to facilitate project progress.
• Interpret plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Enforce safety standards and conduct inspections to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and clients to ensure project requirements are met.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Experience in commercial or industrial roofing preferred.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and inspection procedures.
