Haddon Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Live-In Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide 24-hour, one-on-one care in clients' homes. What You'll Do:
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) per Plan of Care
- Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Support mobility, ambulation, and safe transfers
- Provide medication reminders (no administration)
- Take and document vital signs as directed
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Encourage independence and engagement
- Follow care plans and complete documentation
- Report any changes in client condition to nursing staff
What We're Looking For:
- Active PA CNA or CHHA certification
- High school diploma or GED
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Reliable transportation
- Experience preferred, but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to bend, stoop, and assist with mobility
- Ability to lift/transfer up to 200 lbs with assistance
- Ability to carry up to 10 lbs
Work Setting:
- Live-in client home environment (24-hour care)
- May involve exposure to bloodborne pathogens
