- Determine factory warranty eligibility and process all warranty paperwork in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle throughout the service process
- Finalize invoices, review completed work with customers, and process payments
- Maintain exemplary customer service and ensure a positive service experience
