Haddad Pediatrics PLLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Medical Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator to join our pediatric clinic. This is a hybrid role for someone who is comfortable working both in the clinical setting and at the front desk. Responsibilities
Front Desk Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling, questions, and messages
- Verify patient information, insurance, and demographics
- Manage patient flow and communicate delays when needed
- Check out patients and schedule follow-up appointments
- Handle incoming faxes and electronically file documents into patient charts
- Call patients with updates, reminders, and basic lab result notifications as directed
Clinical (Medical Assistant) Responsibilities
- Room patients, obtain vitals, and document accurately in EMR
- Assist provider with exams and procedures
- Perform point-of-care testing (strep, flu, COVID, urinalysis, glucose, etc.)
- Administer vaccines and medications (if trained)
- Maintain clean, stocked, and organized exam rooms
- Prepare charts and assist with daily clinic flow

Qualifications
- Bilingual Arabic/English
- Prior experience in a medical office preferred (pediatrics a plus)
- Medical Assistant certification or training preferred, but not required
- Comfortable working with children of all ages
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pediatric patients
- Experience with eClinicalWorks (or similar EMR)
- Experience with both front desk and clinical responsibilities
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
