Overview:
The Facilities Team Member will ensure the highest standards for cleanliness, organization, and office support.
Key Accountabilities:
- Stock and maintain supplies in all kitchens & bathrooms (sodas, water, soap, towels, toilet paper, run dish washer, etc.)
- Stock and maintain refrigerators
- Stock umbrellas in front lobby (when available)
- Receive, log, and distribute all incoming packages and mail
- Manage messenger pick-ups and deliveries as requested by management
- Take out garbage for the 9th, 10th, and 11th floors daily
- Organize and maintain storage areas and supply closets
- Vacuum as needed or directed
- Mop and/or sweep the lobby area daily
- Manage food prep and catering delivery, set up and clean up
- Deep clean and ensure maintenance standards in showrooms, workrooms, boardroom, company restrooms and town hall
- Assist with truck BOLs and loading/unloading of trucks
- Greet every visitor, vendor, and employee with a warm smile and friendly demeanor
- Ensure the reception area, kitchens, bathrooms, and showrooms are always visitor ready (chairs pushed in, clean, orderly, stocked, etc.)
- Ensure food and beverages are ordered and maintained for vendor meetings and cleaned up afterwards (i.e. coffee pots, coffee cups, etc.)
- Special projects as assigned by management
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities/Education:
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 50lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed by the business
- Ability to work pro-actively and independently to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to prioritize and manage time with a sense of urgency
