Overview:
The Customer Solutions Analyst will support the Sales and Shipping teams to manage order flow through the supply chain.
Key Accountabilities:
- Liaison between Edi programmers, Retailers, KAS team regarding EDI technical set up and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with NY Sales, Retailers, IT Team to lead the onboarding of new customer set up in HBIS
- Manage approval process for RFID from suppliers and retailers
- Work with warehouse team to eliminate chargebacks due to EDI or processing issues
- Test, train on new order processing requirements from Licensors
- Back up on all entry processing from Data Team and KAS team
- Manage Hold Intake, Po Intake for orders being held up more than 2 days
- Confirm all orders on pick are routed, picked up on time
- Ensure all confirmations on hand with sales on confirmations for orders
- Meet with warehouse teams for advancements in BOT and Power Bi solutions
- Spec, Mapping of IT projects
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities/Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5 years Experience a must
- Previous experience in a similar role a plus
- Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and follow up skills
- Superior oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and record keeping skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Must maintain confidentiality of data
