Schedule: Full time, overtime available

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Weigh trucks and issue tickets to drivers at the various sand and gravel pits for TM Crushing
- Compile reports and information and send in to main office
- Perform physical inspections of truck scales and clean them as necessary
- Clean and maintain area around scale houses and truck scale
- Gather information from customers about current jobs TM Crushing has material being delivered to
- Other office and clerical duties as requested
Qualifications:
- Proficient with basic computer skills, emailing, internet browsing
- Experience with Microsoft office preferred (Excel, Outlook)
- Able to learn new computer programs easily
- High School Graduate
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a MUST
- Customer service and friendly attitude
- Self-motivated and able to stay on task with little supervision
- Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred)
- Professional communication with customers and within the company
