What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care tailored to each patient's needs.
- Deliver a patient experience with exceptional chairside manner, helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for.
- Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease, oral cancer awareness, and disease prevention.
- Partner closely with the doctor to identify concerns, diagnose conditions, and discuss comprehensive treatment recommendations.
- Thoroughly review and document medical histories, chief concerns, clinical findings, and treatment recommendations.
- Perform periodontal assessments, charting, and oral hygiene procedures consistent with the doctor's treatment plan.
- Recognize signs of periodontal disease, oral pathology, and other conditions requiring further evaluation.
- Provide personalized home care instructions and encourage long-term oral health habits.
- Build lasting relationships with patients through trust, compassion, and excellent communication.
What We're Looking For
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- Passion for comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry—not just "cleanings."
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
- Positive attitude, team-first mentality
- Desire to continue learning and embrace new technology.
- Local anesthesia certification is a strong plus, but not required.
