- Hacker Nelson & Co., P.C. is seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to provide administrative support during the busy 2027 tax season. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced office environment, we'd love to hear from you.
- This seasonal position offers flexible scheduling from January through April 15th.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet clients professionally
- Assist clients at the front desk with tax return pickups and questions
- Scan, organize, and manage client documents
- Assemble completed tax returns and supporting paperwork
- Provide general administrative, office and client troubleshooting support as needed
- Help maintain an organized and efficient workflow during tax season
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
- Reliable with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, office software, and office equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Prior office, administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience is a plus

Schedule
