- Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.
Responsibilities
HUMCPV OR Scheduler will work in conjunction with the OR Scheduling Manager and Coordinator to schedule surgical and non-surgical procedures and pre-surgical testing for various specialties.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- 1 year or more experience in a Hospital or Physician Practice setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Prior understanding and use of Electronic Health Record (EMR).
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Associates, High School Diploma, or GED equivalent.
- Certified Scheduling Technician.
Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
