The Supervisor of Linen Services and Mail/Courier Services is responsible for the daily supervision of the Linen Services Department at Hackensack University Medical Center (HUMC) at Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH). Maintains control over the Medical Center Linen inventory including storage, replenishment, and coordination of the third-party vendor processes. Responsible for the Mailroom department including the supervision, daily operations, and related managerial tasks of that department.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Associate's degree, or the equivalent of sixty (60) or more credits towards a Bachelor's degree to be completed within three (3) years of hire.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in mailroom, linen, or hospitality fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
- Ability to multi-task operational priorities.
- Reads and writes in the English language.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree.
