Job Summary
We are seeking a Physiatrist Physician to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health. As a Physiatrist Physician, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered physical rehabilitation services to patients with impairments and deficits.
Responsibilities:
- Creates treatment plans and goals to address patient impairments and deficits.
- Administers manual exercises, instructs, encourages, and assists patients in performing physical activities.
- Supervises, communicates, and collaborates with Physical Therapy Assistants to develop and implement a plan of care.
- Educates patients and caregivers on recommendations for continued therapy services, equipment for home use, and home exercise.
