Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- BSN.
- Minimum of two years' nursing experience in acute care setting.
- Maintains clinical competencies in area of specialty and demonstrates expertise in knowledge of scope of practice of Nursing Support Staff.
- Prior experience in teaching.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Experience developing, implementing, delivering, and evaluating educational/training programs.
- Prior experience in teaching Nursing support staff.
- Master's degree in Nursing or Nursing
Education. Licenses and Certifications Required:
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
Licenses and Certifications Preferred:
- Certified Nurse Educator or Nursing Professional Development Certification.
