The Outcomes Analyst is responsible for data collection, analysis and report writing for PI activities, Outcomes Management Department and Medical staff, Infection Control and Nursing. Collects, interprets, analyzes, and maintains assigned data requirements for multiple quality indicators. Creates custom reports for coordinators, managers and audits data for validity and accuracy. Serves as a resource for the facility and works with managers to develop PI tools, dashboards, and graphs. Has strong analytical skills, is familiar with statistical analysis methodology.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two (2) or more years of experience.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Project management skills.
