Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and order in residential and commercial environments. Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in residential and commercial settings
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance and safety
- Handle janitorial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment
- Assist with custodial responsibilities related to facilities maintenance and minor repairs when necessary
- Support industrial cleaning projects requiring specialized techniques for large-scale or heavy-duty cleaning tasks
- Perform residential painting or touch-up work as needed to enhance property appearance
- Maintain safety standards by following proper procedures during all cleaning and maintenance activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, custodial work, or related fields such as commercial or industrial cleaning
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing floors
- Experience with facilities maintenance or porter duties is preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Prior experience in residential painting or general maintenance is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
