Hackbarth Delivery Service, Inc., a leader in logistics and distribution, is searching for a dependable Delivery Driver Helper to join our team! What You’ll Do:
- Deliver Knock Your Socks Off (KYSO) service
- Assist with Deliveries for both private residences and commercial locations. Deliveries are Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays and may include installations, servicing, pickups, and deliveries.
What You Need:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the delivery driver in loading and unloading goods from the delivery vehicle.
- light assembly is required.
- Navigate delivery routes using maps or GPS devices to ensure timely deliveries.
- Help verify the accuracy of delivery orders and ensure that all items are accounted for.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with customers during deliveries.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Moving and stacking boxes and totes, while performing other tasks as assigned by the warehouse manager.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws while on the road.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy (up to 50lbs) objects repeatedly throughout the day.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $18.00/hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays
- Start Time: 6:00am. The end time may vary according to the delivery schedule.
