Job Purpose and Impact
- The Senior Consultant, Security Solution Design is a strategic cybersecurity professional who designs tailored security solutions to meet complex or unique business needs that fall outside the scope of standard design patterns. This role is ideal for someone who can navigate ambiguity, engage deeply with stakeholders, and creatively apply or combine existing security capabilities to solve emerging challenges.
- CYBER SECURITY STRATEGY & SOLUTIONS: Involve in developing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies aligned with organizational goals to protect digital assets, and leads the design, development and maintenance of high quality solutions by leveraging a mix of existing security capabilities or designing new capabilities.
- TECHNICAL SOLUTION:Handle rapid development and testing of technology solutions on digital platforms, assures approprIate implementation, communication and enforcement of policies and standards, identifies systemic compliance gaps and root cause resolution, and propose improvement options.
- COST EVALUATION: Evaluate total cost of ownership and return on investment of various highly complex information technology platform and system alternatives to support architecture decision making.
- SERVICE ADVISORY: Provide consultation and recommendations to business leaders for a medium to large portfolio of architecture services.
- CAPABILITY AWARENESS: Maintain deep knowledge of InfoSec’s service catalog and operating model to effectively leverage internal capabilities.
- COLLABORATION: Influence to foster collaboration with the broader technology organization, business units, product teams and other cross functional partners to gather requirements, set priorities, and deliver resolutions to meet business objectives.
- DOCUMENTATION & COMMUNICATION: Clearly articulate solution designs, trade-offs, and implementation plans to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- SECURITY POLICY: Define the implementation of corporate security policies and best in class industry standards to ensure compliance and protect organizational assets.
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
