We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Full-Stack Engineer to join our Structured Debt Client Platform Engineering team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Design, develop, and document technically detailed applications using existing and emerging technology platforms
• Write complex systems, design and code programs, and create test transactions
• Analyze organizational needs and goals to develop and implement application systems, including requirements gathering and BRD/SRD preparation
• Provide application software development services, technical support, ongoing maintenance, and continuous improvement in a moderately complex environment
  
  

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
• 2-6 years of experience in software development required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
• Thorough knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and experience developing front-end and back-end applications
• Experience with application development toolkits and coding languages such as Java, HTML, NodeJS, CSS, JSON, Angular, and JavaScript, plus knowledge of frameworks and containerization
• Act as mentor to junior level engineers
• Must be knowledgeable about cross-platform interoperability (multiple platforms i.e. NT, Intranet, etc.) major tools in a toolkit for a specific platform and features of multiple tool
