Job Responsibilities
- Lead agile team routines, including planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner with product owners to gather, clarify, and refine requirements from stakeholders.
- Run discovery and working sessions to improve backlog quality and readiness.
- Manage and prioritize the backlog to support sprint execution and delivery goals.
- Drive quarterly planning and support roadmap milestones for the teams you support.
- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are clear and testable.
- Provide demos and presentations that showcase delivered work and outcomes.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Communicate status, risks, issues, and decisions with clear, data-informed updates for senior leaders.
- 3 years of experience in product, business analysis, operations, project management, or related roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across diverse teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including influencing and presenting to stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Ability to translate strategy into execution and drive operational improvements.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including strong presentation and analysis skills.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills with a consultative approach.
- Experience leading agile ceremonies and supporting agile delivery.
- Experience using artificial intelligence tools to improve analysis and decision-making.
- Technical knowledge that supports effective partnership with technology teams.
- Demonstrated experience applying agile methods in product delivery.
