In addition to individual contribution, the Senior Specialist serves as a trusted advisor and coach, elevating proposal quality through best practices, content development, and mentorship of peers. The role plays a critical part in building and maintaining scalable, evergreen content through effective use of technology, AI, and the proposal knowledgebase. This role is designed for an experienced proposal professional who is ready to operate with a high degree of autonomy, influence proposal strategy, and elevate the performance of others.

Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate experience in proposal management, sales, sales support, marketing, or project management
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires
- Exceptional persuasive writing, editing, and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and tailor messaging for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Experience using RFP knowledgebase or proposal management software
- Practical experience leveraging artificial intelligence tools in the proposal process
- Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and professional presence
- APMP certification
- Undergraduate degree required
- Experience in retirement planning and recordkeeping
- Experience working with external consulting firms
- Master’s degree

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
